These weights are exactly as advertised, look great, and are offered at an excellent price. They are very ergonomic and comfortable to lift, thanks to a smooth handle and a great overall feel. The neoprene coating is a big plus because it protects the floor from damage during my workouts. My only minor note is that the handle is quite thick; it works perfectly fine for me, but it might be an issue for someone with smaller hands. I would definitely recommend them!

I received kettlebells that are completely different from what I ordered. I am very disappointed and feel misled.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that the kettlebells I received are also “correct” and supposedly no different from the ones advertised.
However, after I clearly listed the differences, explained them in detail, and attached comparison photos, my complaint was completely ignored.
This is not acceptable customer service, especially when the product does not match the description. I expected a fair resolution, but instead my complaint was dismissed.
